Revorse the vewels
给定text 字符串，创建并返回一个新字符串，方法是找出所有元音并颠倒其顺序，同时保持所有其他字符在原始位置上的原样。为使结果更易于呈现，每个位置的大写字母必须与原文保持一致。
例如，将"Ilkka" 的元音颠倒过来，就会产生"Alkki" ，而不是"alkkI" 。在这个问题上，元音是通常的"aeiouAEIOU" 。我们再来看一个例子。

CheckiO Extensions allow you to use local files to solve missions. More info in a blog post.
In order to install CheckiO client you'll need installed Python (version at least 3.8)
Install CheckiO Client first:
pip3 install checkio_client
Configure your tool
checkio --domain=py config --key=
Sync solutions into your local folder
checkio sync
(in beta testing) Launch local server so your browser can use it and sync solution between local file end extension on the fly. (doesn't work for safari)
checkio serv -d
Alternatevly, you can install Chrome extension or FF addon
checkio install-plugin
checkio install-plugin --ff
checkio install-plugin --chromium
