<p>Well, most work is done by the module ;) . 364 is divisible by 7, so in a year with 365 days there is exactly one day, that appears one more time. That has to be the first day of the year. The extra work is for the leap years, which bring a second day that ties with the first one. The ternary in line 5 just accounts (in a convoluted way) for the case, when the days are (6, 0). Try to code it out in the console, then it should make sense ;) .</p>
