Hi, else branch and bool are redundant ... I've played with that a bit. <a href="http://www.checkio.org/mission/house-password/publications/suic/python-3/grigoriytretyakovs-shortened-using-evil-eval/">Here</a> is the result.

It's not exactly right. See, you have 'else' branch in your code and have 'bool', but have it implicitly. 'len(d) > 9' in your code returns bool. 'all' also return bool. 'and' between that two also gives you bool. I cannot return just 'haslowercase and hasuppercase and has_digits' because result will be set (empty or not) and set not equals to False or True. btw your code hard to read.

So I wrote code this way because I want it to work for all cases.

Ok, I agree. (You won, sorry for :P). Just to make clear: I've never tried to say that `set() == False` and non-empty set equals to `True`, which is simply not true. What I missed is the important detail, and you pointed it out(!), that: <pre class='brush: python'>>>> type(set() and set()) <class 'set'> # not bool </pre> I know that, but sometimes I forget about it :/ P. S.: Usually the first thing I do when I'm solving a task is that I remove those asserts...
