Pretty short action mapping but I wonder if you can get rid of nested checking somehow... So far the best I though of was: <pre class='brush: python'>def checkio(number: int) -> str: s = list(filter(lambda x: not number %x[0], FB.items())) + [(0, str(number))] return s[0][1] </pre> But perhaps you could do better.

The nested check has the advantage of a possible early exit, that why I like it. I don't see how to do better than your code if using a dict. I think it's then better to use two lists, you could write something like this: <pre class='brush: python'>checkio = lambda n: ["Fizz Buzz", "Buzz", "Fizz", str(n)][[n%a for a in [15,5,3,n]].index(0)] </pre>
