R-mahjong ⅠⅠ: is hand winning?
Deuxième partie de la série consacrée au jeu japonais "riichi mahjong". Il est un peu plus compliqué que le précédent.
Votre tâche consiste à vérifier si la main est gagnante. Si, dans la mission précédente, vous avez reçu une main toute faite, dans celle-ci, il n'y aura qu'un ensemble de tuiles dans les données d'entrée, qui ne sera peut-être pas victorieux.
Permettez-moi de vous rappeler les conditions de la victoire.
- La main doit contenir exactement 14 tuiles.
- La main doit contenir quatre ensembles (pon ou chi) et une paire.

In order to install CheckiO client you'll need installed Python (version at least 3.8)
Install CheckiO Client first:
pip3 install checkio_client
Configure your tool
checkio --domain=py config --key=
Sync solutions into your local folder
checkio sync
(in beta testing) Launch local server so your browser can use it and sync solution between local file end extension on the fly. (doesn't work for safari)
checkio serv -d
Alternatevly, you can install Chrome extension or FF addon
checkio install-plugin
checkio install-plugin --ff
checkio install-plugin --chromium
