How can I review solutions written by other users?

I can't seem to find the option of reviewing solutions anymore. I'm using the CheckiO plugin on my PyCharm to solve tasks and complete missions. Earlier, when I was working on CheckiO's editor itself, the option to review solutions came immediately after publishing a solution. And what makes a review? Do I always have to post a comment on a solution so that it counts as a review?
