How should our published solutions be named?

Is there a suggested best practice for naming our published solutions?

Since the default is "First," would that mean we should simply label them first/second/third/etc depending on how many solutions we submit for a specific challenge?

Or should they be named using a very brief description of how it was solved?

Just wondering what everyone finds to be most useful for this.
