Question related to mission Ghosts Age

It seems to me that in the range 0 to 10000 there are 3236 opacities for which no age is given by this function. I call beings with this result ageless, and name them "boojums."

That means that this function (int -> int) is not a function, because it does not carry all inputs in its range to some output of the type integer?

Frightening.
