Can't share/publish solutions anymore

Hi,

I create a solution (number of sides on polygon).
I press the "check solution" button and it says "Task resolved!". Then I go to “What's next?” and there I click on "Share now".
A new page will open: Solutions for "Number of sides".
There I choose the category "Clear - clear, readable, documented and educational" and I click "Publish".
Now it says (in red): "Something went wrong. Please try running the solution again in the editor before publishing."
When I do so, everything repeats itself over again.

Does anyone know what I did wrong or how I can fix this?
