Can not launch "checkio initrepo"

When I'm trying to launch the command for creating a template repository by entering:

checkio initrepo ~/checkiomission/newmission

It says:

Fatal error in launcher: Unable to create process using '"C:\Users\????????????\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python311\python.exe" "C:\Users\????????????\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python311\Scripts\checkio.exe" initrepo ~/checkiomission/newmission': ?№

What is wrong? I had installed and configured checkio-client.
