I found a bug in check part of isometric-strings

Question related to mission Surjection Strings

I would like to give some feedback about check part of isometric-strings. I failed 3rd test. It says the right result of "isometric_strings("bar","foo")" is "True". However I think the right result is False. Maybe this is a mistake. I would appreciate it if you would solve this problem. Sorry for my poor English writing.
