The coupon you provide for level 9 states its validity being two weeks and goes on to state a date that is 2 weeks plus one day away. I just got bitten by this. My coupon states that it is valid until today. In that case, I'd expect it to work until today which is not the case. That creates unnecessary user frustration in my opinion. Furthermore, I'm not sure where you are based in the world, but please take time zone issues into account, too.
