Error in the task description?

I think there is an error in the task description of the task express delivery. It is said that: "Stephan moves between neighbouring cells in two minutes if he carries a load. Without any carry-on luggage, he only needs one minute.".

At first time I though: "Well, I'll just solve this task without loading a box because it makes us lose a lot of time". After seeing the examples I understand that it was the opposite.
