Just need a little clarification about this one.

Just want to make sure that I understand the question.

I was a little confused by 'moving to neighbor cells if the oringinal /destination cells have same values'. Which means, we should have a path consists of only one same digit. Then test case 1 would be False and test case 2 would be True, which is exactly the contrary of the mission.

So could someone explain a little bit the question, so I can start working on this one. That would be very helpful.
