“Hi Alex” vs “Hi, Alex”

Question related to mission Welcome Email by SendGrid

Mission description clearly says:

Subject of the email should be "Welcome" and body simply "Hi, {name}" ({name} should be replaced by a user's name)

with comma after “Hi” (both En and Ru descriptions), but Check accepts only string without comma.
