Bugs?

I've caught bugs probably, have a look at my screenshot, first: it's said that there can be only one Warlord in army, but test data adds 3 and 2 Warlords respectively. Second: my code returns "False" in this test (what can be seen at the picture) but system indicates that my answer is True.
