They won't activate my account

When I created my account, it said it was disabled.

After I said I just wanted to use it to solve checkio problems, they refused to activate it.

Why are they sponsoring a set of checkio problems using their service if they're not willing to let people use their service to solve checkio problems?

This is quite irritating
