This mission is trash

It wasn't very difficult to figure out what needed to be used to solve this, but it is incredibly difficult to get it to actually work correctly. Adding the word 'year' after the year makes absolutely no sense. Who does that? It would also make sense to just format the time using a 0 padded number. Forcing the removal of the padding only adds an unnecessary step that makes this irritatingly complicated. Please update this mission and add hints. This makes it difficult to fully clear the Elementary area.
