Can't use external editor - python coding challenges

Can't use external editor

Hi, i'm trying to use external editor to solve the coding challenges. I've downloaded both the Chrome extension & app (as instructed by the video) , but I couldn't find where to setup folder for the '.py' files.

Am I missing something?
