Enunciado
Rita, operadora de uma central de táxis, quer oferecer aos clientes uma estimativa rápida do custo de suas corridas, baseada em uma tarifa base, na tarifa por quilômetro e no número de quilômetros percorridos. Ela precisa de uma função que possa calcular o custo total de qualquer corrida, levando em conta variações na tarifa base e nos quilômetros percorridos, para fornecer estimativas precisas aos clientes antes do início da viagem.
Entrada: Dois números float: Quilômetros percorridos (km), tarifa por quilômetro (R$) e a tarifa base (R$).
Saída: Um float representando o custo total da corrida em R$.

tarifa_taxi(10.0, 2.0, 5.0) >> 25.0
tarifa_taxi(5.0, 1.5, 3.0) >> 10.5
tarifa_taxi(0.0, 2.0, 4.0) >> 4.0

In order to install CheckiO client you'll need installed Python (version at least 3.8)
Install CheckiO Client first:
pip3 install checkio_client
Configure your tool
checkio --domain=py config --key=
Sync solutions into your local folder
checkio sync
(in beta testing) Launch local server so your browser can use it and sync solution between local file end extension on the fly. (doesn't work for safari)
checkio serv -d
Alternatevly, you can install Chrome extension or FF addon
checkio install-plugin
checkio install-plugin --ff
checkio install-plugin --chromium
