Square matrix or not square matrix?

Hi everyone,

The task description states that "You are given a state for a rectangular board game grid[...]", yet the last test include a non-square lattice - it's actually 5x6. Is this by design? If so, shouldn't the task description specify that we don't have a rectangular game board?
