The new design with the black left sidebar looks good, but I can't find my personal Timeline. Is it not accessible now or just I can't find it?

Then I have one subjective thing: Is there a way to introduce "icon only option" for the sidebar. I mean: Show the meaning of the icon in the tool-tip instead of enlarging the sidebar to display the text? This kind of moving things on webpages really are really annoying.
