Coordinates are given as a string with the latitude and longitude separated by whitespace

latitude and longitude, in both example and tests, are separated by space AND/OR comma.

Precondition: Correct Coordinates.

It doesn't tell us if coordinates can be negative (which is also correct) or if d,m or s are on 1/2 positions (eg. "0°" or "00°").
