I'm inundated with Forum/Support emails and can't find an obvious place to change those settings (I thought I already unchecked all earlier but obviously it didn't work). How can I close the account or at least reliably turn off all spam? (The idea behind the site is very cool but the interface and usability are not friendly, site feels very clunky -- suggest looking at something like Khan Academy maybe..) Thanks!
