Very Nice Mission

I will not attach my code since, compared to what the masters are able to produce, it would only demonstrate how much of a newbie I am. I decided I did not like the format of the input data (lists of tuples) and merged both sides into a 2D matrix. This results in an unnecessarily complex solution but that's always easy to say in retrospect.

That being said, it seems to me that there are plenty of other problems waiting to be taken advantage of from where this particular one came from (CCPS109). 118 others or so...
