Hello, Vishal Kackar is a computer programming student who I am teaching.  His program for the "most wanted letter" looks correct to me.  Unfortunately it looks like your third test requires one extra condition to be true besides a letter being most frequent.  When there is a tie, you require that a certain letter is returned first, in this case, the "e".  Should this be required?  It prevents a dictionary from being used to solve the problem, which I think is a good solution.  Please reply to this account.
