Can't create solution

I've found a solution to this task, the solution passes all the checks in "Check Solution" but when I want to share it, the error message "notPublishable" in red appears for a moment and I can see "Solutions of other users are closed and can't create own solution (solutionsclosedandcantcreateownsolution)" just above the "Share now" button. I'm wondering if the bug that I am supposed to solve in this task is some kind of tricky bug in the CheckiO itself and I have to find and fix something in the parse_array function that will allow me to share it...

Another strange thing is that apparently my solution was "accepted" because I've been awarded quest points for the "Step Up" quest which asked me to solve a taks with "Moderate complexity".

Any help will be appreciated.
