strange behavior on the "Best Solution" page

My account is not awesome. I've noticed strange behavior on the "Best Solution" page.

1. I am publish the solution. The solution is published.
2. I open the "Best Solutions" page. Solutions are opened in "Random-Review only" mode.
3. I click on the Creative\Sppedy\Clear tabs and solutions don't open.
4. If I click refresh the page the solutions will open.
