I think the Sendgrid missions need to be reviewed. In US Sendgrid only supplies US/CA on api/geo/stats. Also there are hard coded dates and the stats only go back 7 days.
I have had problems with Sendgrid before as well. It's very frustrating when you are working a problem for a while and you think you are doing something wrong but it is the hidden tests that are broken.
