How to unlock new stations?

I've completed and published all the tasks at home. Now, I'd like to move on to a next station. Within the home station, there's a link to go back to the map, saying that I have completed enough tasks, and can select another station to unlock, but when I click a station connected to home, it tells me I need to complete more tasks at home, which I can't do, because I've solved all of them.
