Speech Module Problem

Hi, I've been trying to make code for this mission for about two days (not full time of course). I started coding and after a while it piled up and code became complex that even I don't know what I've exactly done and how it works. I didn't want to ask for hints because I felt like I don't want to cheat but now I see it's no simple task to do. You should maybe consider that this is moderate task not a simple one. I tried to optimize code but it's completely a mess. Hints were not helping because I already had them in mind (but not in right way). Problem starts with number 110-999.
