Is there a problem with the checker

Hello,

I tryed to solve the unfair district problem and I think I got a working solution, but the check has a weird behavior.

Right now, when I launch the checker it gets stuck without displaying any message. Moreover, each time I launch a check the solution solved keep increasing by 8. I reached 78 problems solved, can you confirm to me that the checker is working ?
