Power Supply checks bug

I would like to give some feedback about ...

The second argument of the main function is power plants (that contains the range of all the power plants) but the test case 2/2 of category 'Extras' is giving the range of a city instead of the range of the powers plants. This does not follow the description of the mission and that is the reason I think it could be a bug.
