It's a poor man's limit. For a sphere. :-) Of course it doesn't affect the needed accuracy when it isn't a sphere.

No I didn't know this mission, I was just thinking about something huge and how 1e-9 would turn into a huge accuracy error but after thinking a bit more it is exactly the same as small items, right ? Edit : Uh... Where did you find this mission anyway ? :)
