Apparently the judge doesn't care whether I actually return a `bool`. Well, in the meantime I noticed that the specification says we can return "any data type that can be converted and processed as a boolean", so it's really fine, not a sloppy judge.

Btw, how usual/unusual is it that the judge accepts any "boolable" result? I remember you recently complained about that not being done at CheckiO.

I'm pretty sure they changed that recently. At least that it wasn't there when I solved the task. BTW there is really no concept of "boolable" in Python: every object is boolable in that sense. Even if its class doesn't define neither `len` nor `bool`, it is considered true. Of course you can define `bool` to raise a TypeError, but that's as non-boolable as something whose `iter` raises is a non-iterable. :-D [Since 3.6, you can, at least formally, opt out of inherited protocols by defining a dunder to be None, but it doesn't seem Pythonic in case of `bool = None`. Yes, you do get a TypeError, but not "this object is not boolable", only '"NoneType" object is not callable'.:]

Don't know when they changed it here, but <a href="https://github.com/CheckiO-Missions/checkio-task-house-password/commit/3df5959503d997027e05987d3cfdfbd520d46351#diff-dce0fd9e42fae5f30ddef593650b60bf">at github</a> they changed that in 2013.

And you're of course right about "boolable". I didn't think much when I wrote that, just condensed the problem text's phrase into one word.

That explains it, since I first solved the task in 2012 (of course I didn't reread the mission text afterwards:).
